Data collected

The contact form collects the data you provide: name, email address, phone (optional), artwork concerned and message. No other personal data is collected: this site uses no tracking cookies. Any audience measurement relies on Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies or browser fingerprinting.

Purposes and recipients

This data is used solely to answer your request. It is sent to Alain Mathiot by email via the Brevo platform (Sendinblue SAS), a European email service provider. No payment is processed on this site: the acquisition of a work is concluded after a direct exchange with the artist, and no banking information is ever collected here.

Retention period

Messages are kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and the ensuing exchanges, then deleted at the latest after three years without contact.

Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. To exercise these rights, send your request via the site’s contact form.
